Seductive nose of blanc de blanc style. Mouth well balanced, finely dosed of expedition liqueur. Medium long after taste. A good champagne made for a large scale of tasters.

Bouchard bourgogne 2011
Light hue. Nose closed, perhaps some grenadine. Mouth green, light and short. Unmatured fruit. An airport wine. drink between two low cost flight.

Famille Perrin Cairanne Peyre blanche 2011
Dark hue, nose closed and unspecific, perhaps violet flower. Mouth velvety, fruity with blackcurrent and blackberries, ending on fresh vegetal notes. No heat, just simple crunchy fruit. An obvious syrrah with a hint of sweat cinsault (actually grenache and then syrrah). Good, according to Ct policy rating scale. 82

Nose os naphtalline and dry mushroom. Mouth more lively with classic black mineral notes: hash, coffee and sap. Sorry but it is corked.
