Suave, smooth with a silky mouthfeel. Full of class, well balanced. Lovely fine acidic tannins. Very good.

Cooper Creek - Good wine. The tasting room is a tiny shack and the pourers are extremely nice guys you just want to hang around and chat with, a great tasting experience. A small family winery, just the kind of place you root for but I didn't love the wines as much as I wanted to.
