Killing time and spending the day trying wines to recharge my palate after surgery with a Gentilini tasting with the producer

Clean,medium intensity, full oak character, walnut and almond, pastry, lime scented cream, grapefruit. Youthful
The wine is dry, body - intensity - alcohol and acidity medium, walnut and lime juice, grapefruit and mango, medium + finish, balanced overall.
Very good quality, drinking now but can hold

2012 Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio Italy, Trentino-Alto Adige, Trentino, Valdadige

Clean, medium- intensity, blossom, tropical fruits and a few green (underripe) notes, youthful.
The wine is dry, medium+ acidity, medium-/medium body, medium alcohol and med+ intensity, grassy, with lime and pineapple in a med+ finish.
Very good quality, fresh to drink now, could be better with food to take some of the acidity

Clean, medium- intensity, light lime notes with walnut, almond, cardboard (?), youthful.
The wine is dry, medium body, medium intensity, medium and acidity also medium. Full oaky character, walnut, almond, lemon and green apple, fresh orange peel, pear with medium + finish, balanced overall.
Very good quality, to drink now and 1-2 more years, lower than expecter mark due to the nose lacking intensity, but I think it might also be the pump the guys use to draw the oxygen out...

Clean, medium intensity, complex with red currant and pomegranate, evident malolactic notes, light nutmeg and cinnamon, leather and youthful.
The wine is dry, medium+ body and intensity, the alcohol is medium+ (14%) and the acidity is medium. The tannins are medium and round, flavors start with redcurrant, some spicy notes with cured meat, minor alcohol burn, balanced overall, red cherries and pomegranate again after a while, delicated and medium finish.,
Very good quality, beautiful and exotic charm in it, to drink now but can also hold. I might need a few bottles for the cellar...

Clear pale red cherry color with a thin string of small bubbles climbing slowly.
Clean in the nose with medium intensity, cranberries, strawberry, redcurrant and a few peaches, youthful.
The wine is dry, body-intensity-alcohol medium, acidity medium+ with creamy texture and red fruits that copy the nose appearing here as well, rather sweet-ish (as in full ripe fruits) medium finish.
Very good quality, to drink now. Charming and easy to drink

Clean in the nose with medium+ intensity, lemon fruit and leaves, pineapple, light biscuit notes, delicate and youthful with the yeast notes getting stronger with time.
The wine is dry, medium body and intensity, acidity is high and medium alcohol. Lemon tones, with pineapple and mango, biscuit while the CO2 cuts through the creaminess wtih east, pear and apricot scented medium finish.
Outstanding quality, drink now or hold

The nose is clean with medium intensity, complex and delicate in the same time, offering red and black fruits, cherries, berries and currant, red roses and hints of clove and dried cranberries after some time, youthful.
The wine is dry, the body is medium as is the intensity, medium+ alcohol (14.5%), medium acidity and the tannins are medium+, flavors start with redcurrant and cured meat, a minor alcohol burn with dried thyme at the finish, balanced overall, a bit chewy texture-wise, raisin, prunes and balsamic notes in the medium+ finish.

The wine is dry, the body is medium, the acidity is medium, the intensity is medium and so is the alcohol. The tannins are medium, redcurrant, leather and balsamic, smoked meat and dried thyme, black olives in the medium finish. It feels more developed than the nose

Flight 2 - Robola cellar selection blind (3 notes)

Robola Cellar Selection tasted blind to identify differences, all the wines stood apart, the Stelvin version of the 2012 was wonderful and got a vote from everyone

STELVIN VERSION
Clear pale lemon color.
THe nose is clean with medium intensity, lemon leaves, lime and petrol notes with ripe apricot and pineapple, mineral notes as well, youthful.
The wine is dry, medium body, medium intensity, medium+ acidity and medium alcohol, the palate is filled with pineapple, green apple, pear and minerals, with petrol again, medium + finish. The most central european-like greek wine ever tried.
Outstanding quality, drink now and hold just to see how it will grow.

The wine is dry, medium body, medium+ intensity, medium alcohol and high acidity, peach and mango, pineapple and apricot, lime juice flavored medium+ finish.
Very good quality and way too young as it was bottled a few weeks before. I'm sure it will get better

Eclipse label made of Mavrodafni clone that they have in the island, wines tasted blind but could easily tell the apart.

The nose is clean, medium intensity, dried fruit character, animal notes, leather and clove, wtih red currants and cranberries, youthful.
The wine is dry, the body is medium, the intensity is medium, the alcohol and acidity are medium, the tannins are medium+, more fruity and nicely balanced, red cherries, red and black currants, vanilla and cinnamon, medium+ finish.
Very good quality, drinking already but can definately hold, wonderful

Flight 4 - A wonderful surprise (1 note)

A sweet wine made from 80% white Muscat and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes were air dried like in Italy instead of sun dried like in Greece, they had the glue notes but were more fresh as well. This wine is only available to try at the winery

Clear medium gold color
Clean in the nose, medium+ intensity, raisin, apricot liquer, dried peach, thyme honey, glue notes, youthful.
The wine is sweet, full body, high acidity, medium alcohol (12.90%) and medium+ intensity, honey and dried apricot, peach and tin pineapple, pear jam, ripe green apple, ideally balanced, crystal clear and not cloying at all, ends with a medium+ finish.
Outstanding quality, drinking now but can hold.
