Introduction
We attended the tasting seminar, before the grand tasting. The seminar started with the white wines of Paso Robles. They included Grenache Blanc (Tablas Creek), Viognier (Pomar Junction), White Rhone Blend (Adelaida Cellars), ending with a Rose (Proulx). We then moved onto the red wines of the region, which included: Grenache (Broken Earth), Mourvedre (Cypher Winery), Syrah (Eberle Winery), Petite Sirah (Zenaida Cellars) and finishing off with a Red Rhone Blend (Anglim Winery).
Tasting notes were provided by a representative from each winery/vineyard.
