84 points
mostly vermentino and grenache blanc and some picpoul
seashells, citrus, straight forward wine.
White
2013 Unti Vineyards Fiano USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
87 points
very elegant nose with some almond milk and lemon sorbet, full body, creamy, a little soft and short on the finish.
Red
2012 Unti Vineyards Barbera USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
88 points
quite fruit forward, some vanilla in spite of being raised on big barrels (foudres), dry and fine on the palate, short finish.
Red
2011 Unti Vineyards Zinfandel USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
89 points
very fine and clean and pure wine, good fruit, decent structure, 14,5 % alcohol. Has some syrah and barbera in it.
Red
2011 Unti Vineyards Sangiovese USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
91 points
Dry herbs, cherry pits, sweet cherries, some oak, dry and fresh, long finish. This is a real step up compared to the zin and the barbera.
Red
2011 Unti Vineyards Syrah USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
86 points
fine nose, but fruit feels a bit soft and thin, no real midpalate structure.
Red
2011 Unti Vineyards Syrah Benchland USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
90 points
Beautiful nose, this is a forceful yet elegant syrah, with much more structure than the regular syrah.

Red
2012 Unti Vineyards Segromigno USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
not rating this as it had been open for several days. It had acquired quite a soft licorice chew feel to it. interesting. 76 % sangiovese and 24 % montepulciano.
