Focused and mineral nose of intense citrus and green apples. On the palate amazingly rich fruit with brilliant acidity that carried the wine with tremendous complexity and excellent length — youthful with huge potential.

Advanced nose of aged white fruit and mushroom. The palate was expansive with great complexity and structure. Full of very mature notes and some acidity lurking beneath – amazing.

Rich exotic fruit and a twist of orange peel. A perfect balance between the fruit and integrated acidity with wonderful tension and length – spectacular now.

Seemed overwhelmed by the 1999 Bouchères at first. However, with time, the BBM kept gaining and unfurling into a longer and more intense experience – impressive.

The 1967 Gaja from magnum was in style light, elegant and refined. Very tasty with mature ripe fruit, liquorice and plums – ready and absolutely delicious.

Wow complex flavors and aromas of red and black cherries, plum, spice and earth. On the palate perfectly focused and balanced with stunning grip on the very pure and intense finish - what a gorgeous wine this is.

I really love this 2012 Chaumes and the primary mix of cherries, red plums and rounded tannins, very transparent and tasty - superb juice.

A wine with smooth tannin, great fruit concentration, black tea and earth. A wine of power, concentration and enormous texture as well as longevity – this was deep and big.

On the nose a bit of dirt from the forest floor and more Madeira notes. On the palate brick and - interesting in a perverse way.

Buttery minerals, utterly flamboyant, with white and yellow fruit and vanilla-laced toast - very forward and tasty.
