Very nice meeting with great italian sommeliers showing their skill on a bunch of beautiful wines.

Very rich nose, vanilla, red fruits (cherries above all) and then spices like black pepper.
Coherent at taste, rich, rounded, and alcoholic, almost peppery.
with sweet Woody tannins.

Intense, opaque ruby red. Purple rim. Consistent.
Nice, complex rich nose. Very fine, with red fruits and sweet spices. Anis.
Wonderful at taste: velvety, wrapping my mouth with integrated tannins and fruit. alcoholic (16,5%!!), but not disturbing. Persistent, with a mineral ending.


Impressed by the quality of the wines, Gianfranco Fino's ES and Conterno Fantino's Ginestrino above all.
