Aged chrysanthemum and tea like. Very big palate with long long finish. Structured but slight too aged for my liking

steely mineral with focus acid on palate.

rustic animal slight violet blueberry on palate with bitter at end.

Rose palate nice intensity definitely a step up from the previous. Layers of notes with some liquorice. Very enjoyable.

Much bigger intensity. Biggest structure amongst the volnay so far. Favourite amongst others but does not sing to me. Does not seem to have the fitness

Very fine with good balance. Decant since 7pm black berry very obvious. Some blue nose violet at the back. Fitness.

Aged but tannins still obvious. Good freshness and good tannin structure.
