The best flight. Carillon stand out but both Boillot would have won easily in other flights

White
2005 Louis Carillon Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières
Dense nose weighty palate. Creamy, clean. Beautiful after sitting in the glass.
White
2005 Domaine Henri Boillot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières
good focus on nose and palate. Coming after Louis Carillon it holds its own.
Flight 4 (3 notes)
Not much to go up against but Ponsot from Ramonet was the obvious winner with its classic mint notes.
White
2005 Maison Roche de Bellene Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Macherelles Collection Bellenum
advanced color but complex nose. Honeyed oily with mint notes. Good complex palate with long finish. From the cork looks like this is from Ramonent
