Dinner With Caroline & David before David Benoit/Jane Monheit Charlie Brown Xmas jazz concert. Day one of cold for me so offering impressions rather than tasting notes.

Flight 1 - Appetizers (1 note)

Tuna tartare, lobster quesadilla, crispy pork belly & caprese salad.

Unable to fully appreciate it but my principal impression is that this is a very COMPLETE wine.
