Clear, pale golden yellow color. Medium intense, a bit muted nose, clearly identifiable as a Riesling grown on slate.
Off-dry, ripe fruit, medium acidity, elegant, lightweight (8% abv). Wine is a bit “baroque”, had not guessed it to be from 2012, more 2011 or 2009. Seems a bit muted at the moment, so I guess it needs some more years to finally open up.

Clear, pale yellow color. Medium- intense and youthful nose with some very unpleasant chemical notes (cleaner). Dry, quite neutral on the palate, chemical notes are fortunately not present on the palate. Could have been a very thin and simple Sauvignon Blanc. Interesting to taste once, but does not awake a wish to drink another glass…

Unfiltered, pale ruby red color. Medium intense, youthful nose with lots of fruit (strawberry and cherries), some lactic notes and a tiny bit of nail polish.
Dry. Starts soft but then kicks in the quite raw acidity and high tannins. Not a crowd pleaser and it needs some time to mellow and to integrate all necessary components. This wine has certainly potential and improved during the evening with air. So I would give it 2-5 more years or lots of air if you want to drink it now.

Clear, pale ruby-garnet color with orange and brownish reflexes. Medium intense, developing nose, strongly reminds me on industrial grade strawberry yoghurt.
Dry, maybe a bit of residual sugar, good acidity and present, velvet tannins, both very well integrated. Very harmonious, elegant, lots of fruit (strawberry), soft and feminine, but with enough pressure on the palate. Finish is elegant and quite long. Needs a lot of air to fully open up. At the peak, but will stay there for several more years.

Clear, medium ruby red. Medium intense, developing nose with earthy notes (soil), fruit and some lactic notes.
Dry, very elegant, medium acidity and soft tannins, both well integrated. Very appealing now, with a nice, balanced and quite long finish. Could improve over the next years, so no need to hurry with this wine.

Dry, but certainly with some residual sugar, ripe, medium acidity, orange zests, ripe yellow fruits, mineral notes, long finish. At its peak, but will stay there for at least 5 more years.

Very unusual wine. Clear, pale yellow color. Interesting, very unusual nose like fermented apple juice or cider. Dry, good acidity, notes of yeast and bread, reminds a bit of a Chenin Blanc. Definitively not my cup of tea, therefore not rated.

Clear, pale golden yellow color. At first some sulfur and burnt rubber, both aromas vanishing quickly with air.
Off-dry, ripe acidity, elegant, interesting combination of ripe yellow fruits and herbal aromas, almost no signs of ageing. Still good potential for 5-10 more years.

Clear, pale golden yellow color. Medium+, youthful nose with lots of exotic fruits, slate and acidity (yes, I smell acidity  ).
Off-dry, vintage typical high acidity, which perfectly balances the residual sugar, but certainly not for the faint of heart. Lots of brown slate, ripe yellow and exotic fruits, complex, good pressure on the palate, maybe a bit of acid drops, very long. When the acidity mellows a bit more it will be the perfect prototype of a Mosel Spätlese. My WOTN. Next bottle will be in 5+ years.

Off-dry, some unpleasant notes of dried dill and strong-tasting cheese, minerality, a bit thin, not very long. Past peak.
