Restaurant Apollo BYO

Introduction

This was a sendoff offline for Steve8 and J. before they're trip to Italy. The regular group of wino's were present. The restaurant was our first try for an offline there and I don't think it will be our last. Very nice eclectic menu where everything is prepared in three's. The foie gras is simply outstanding.
All the reds were served blind.

White opener wine: Thanks Dr.C. Not served blind.
Bright clear amberish yellow. Nose of pears, citrus and burnt sugar. Slightly tart burnt sugar on the palate with a sour taste on the mid palate. This also had a slightly bitter finish.
