ginger ale color. BA nose, honey, white flowers, ginger and apricot. mid is salty and sweet. starts off rather on the sweeter side but with some air becomes fresher and drier. peaches and apricots. dry plum and unripe mango toward the back. good acidity. finishes with a lovely zest and herb note. excellent now.

bought in Spain over 10 years ago. Ripe figs, toffee, touch of orange marmalade on the nose. mid is rich but kept fresh by the bright acidity. (now i know why i thought of Toro Albala wines - the acidity is similar.) ripe figs, orange marmalade in mid. buttery. sweet motor oil kept fresh by the acidity. long finish. excellent.
