Flight 1 (3 notes)

White - Sparkling
N.V. Tendil & Lombardi Champagne Blanc de Noirs France, Champagne
89 points
Consistent with previous note.
White
2014 Lloyd Chardonnay USA, California, Napa / Sonoma, Carneros
89 points
Quite Rombauerish, it actually reminds me of Rombauer chardonnay from years ago when they were even heavier than they are today. Lots of spicy oak and butter, toasted.

White
2012 Château de la Crée Santenay 1er Cru Beauregard Blanc France, Burgundy, Côte de Beaune, Santenay 1er Cru
92 points
This was thrown in at the end of a brunch tasting. It has a combination of richness and incredible acid. There is butte in the background. I like this wine a lot and would like to see how it ages. 92+

Flight 2 (3 notes)

Red
2013 Buena Vista Pinot Noir Private Reserve USA, California, Sonoma County
88 points
This wine appeared quite big and young today without a decant. It was not that exciting.
Red
2010 Rivers-Marie Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast
91 points
Consistent with previous note, although the 2009 Silver Eagle was much better than this last week.
Red
2012 Westrey Pinot Noir Cuvée 20 USA, Oregon, Willamette Valley, Dundee Hills
92 points
A couple small pours at a tasting. Animal musk, wild-smelling, big tannins for a pinot. Dark brooding fruit. This was an interesting pinot and fun to drink.

Flight 3 (1 note)

Rosé - Sweet/Dessert
2012 Adelsheim Pinot Noir Deglacé USA, Oregon, Yamhill County
93 points
Consistent with previous note. 92-93.
