White
2014 Adobe Road Sauvignon Blanc Bavarian Lion Vineyard Knights Valley USA, California, Sonoma County, Knights Valley
Broad and yeasty. Flower petals, a little grass, a little oak. Soft for SB. Very nice.
White
2014 Adobe Road Viognier Kemp Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
Floral, soft, clean. Bright citric acidity. Nutmeg, pumpkin spices. Nicely done. White pepper. Long finish.
White
2014 Adobe Road Sémillon Bavarian Lion Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Knights Valley
Chalky with some acidity. Nice clean finish, yeasty. Pretty.
White
2014 Adobe Road Chardonnay Bacigalupi Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Russian River Valley
Medium modern. Full malo. Vanilla, new oak, soft. A little fat, round. A little acid. Orange peel. Middle of the road.
Red
2015 Adobe Road Pinot Noir Roberts Road Vineyard Sonoma Coast USA, California, Sonoma County, Sonoma Coast
Barrel sample.

Clean, dark, earthy, coffee, smoke. Dry, restrained. Serious with some umami & mushroom. Black olive, black cherry. Non-oaked. Clean fruit really comes through. Interesting wine, will be interested to try this again after it's been in bottle a little while.
Red
2012 Adobe Road Redline USA, California, Sonoma County
Medium body, bright, smooth with blueberry. A bit of tart acid. Good.
Red
2013 Adobe Road Grenache Kemp Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
Bright tart cherry, candied. Light weight. A little rubber. Orange acid. I don't really get this.
Red
2009 Adobe Road Zinfandel USA, California, Sonoma County, Dry Creek Valley
Dark and chewy with blackberry, black coffee and tar. Muscular but shows a soft side. Well built with good balance. Very nice, this really shows off Dry Creek Zinfandel.
Red
2014 Adobe Road Cabernet Franc Bavarian Lion Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Knights Valley
Sweet entry with soft purple fruit, violets. Good texture, tight grip and a good tight finish. Just a little bit of that lovely Cab Franc green pepper to round it out. One of the better California Cab Francs I've had recently.
Red
2013 Adobe Road Cabernet Sauvignon Bavarian Lion Vineyard USA, California, Sonoma County, Knights Valley
Tight, bright with lots of fine tannin. Warm fruit shines through with violet and a bit of a dark tar streak. Really shows off this vineyard in the Northeast corner of the county right next to the Napa line. Needs some time in bottle to come together.
Red
2013 Adobe Road Apex USA, California, Sonoma County
Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Petit Verdot.
Barrel sample.

Silky with some mud and earth. Lush feel with blueberry, hint of sweet flower. Muscular with fine tannin. Strong but feminine. Bright acid. An interesting wine, will enjoy watching this.
