Introduction
A very nice event, unfortunately the views from the Rainbow Room were obscured by a snow storm. Please note that I did not take detailed notes at this event. Instead I have captured my own brief impressions of the wines.

2012 Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru Grenouilles
Quite young and not showing a lot. Linear in flavor profile.

Big step up over the 2012, here we have some nice secondary richness. Nice cut and acidity.

2005 Domaine Louis Michel Chablis Grand Cru Grenouilles
Big fruit on this Chablis. Riper than I prefer in style which I attribute to the vintage. I would drink this now.

Vibrant and alive. Lots of acidity and cut here. Really good for a 2011.

Surprising restraint for an 09, lots of acidity and length on the palate. Very good.

This was a beauty and best of the flight easily. Serious stuffing with plenty of sea shells and acidity. Fantastic wine.

Sexy time. Rich and opulent with good balance. Lots of depth on the palate. Nice restraint for an 2009.

This bottle didn't show nearly as well as other bottles of this wine. A bit austere and earthy. Not much fruit showing.

My first experience with the famous Clos des Ducs. Nice wine, still young obviously but it has an intensity and complexity that is impressive.

Did not care for this at all. Doesn't taste like a Burgundy. After tasting this, I didn't both tasting the 2011 or the 2010.
