This was my first tasting of the new Britagne sparkling wine.
Probably I will need to get more acquainted to these wines and at the moment my rating suffer from a bit of compairing with Italian classic method.

Bright Pale pink. Soft abundant foam.
Shy, delicate nose reminding small red fruits and berries.
Dry, opening on a great acidity. Medium body and light fruit.
Nice persistence.
White - Sparkling

Subtle nose: white peach fruit and mineral hints.
Nice acidity at palate. Some shy fruity note to the closing.

Brilliant straw yellow.
Delicate nose, with toffee and toasted notes. Mineral on the background.
Dry, with a very good acidity . Nice persistence, closing on yeasts and toasted reminds.

Interesting and rich at taste, with a great acidity recalling a lemon zest and hints of toasted hazelnut to finish. Medium body.

simple, but nice at nose: white flowers.
Well balanced at taste, with a high acidity and a returning flowery note guiding to the closing.

Delicate flowery nose. Mineral hints.
Nice a taste, well balanced, also if with a brught acidity showing. Medium structured.


An emerging world for the sparkling wines. Great acidity is the backbone for the future.
Very nice at nose, medium average in structure and body/fruit.
