An aged classic from the tax-free shelves on Norwegian airports. Dark red. Nose with spices, eucalyptus and dark berries. Classic for a quality wine from Rioja. Palate of blackcurrant syrup and dark fruit. Very nice for tapas!

Light pale. Nose with gooseberries. Palate with grapefruit and some minerals. No big wine. Dull and bland. Suspects a weak bottle.

Clear light yellow. Nose with tropical fruits and hints of butter. Round palate with tropical tones and some minerals. The end of the tastingcurve is bad. Medium plus length.

Dark red, no signs of aging. Nose with cherries, spice and licorice. The palate has much of the same and is also rich in tannins and alcohol. The wine has already been kept for quite a few years, but will last for a very long time still.

1516 bottles made of this wine. Very complex nose with Radar mosquito reppelent coil, steel and metal, dark berries, leather as well as hints of liquorice. The palate has a lot of spice but besides this the wine feels flat and without any special character. With some time cherry tones appear!

Degorged Nov 16. Light golden yellow. Nose with some spices and yellow ripe apples. Large and full mousse and a pleasant effervescence. Overweight of acid. Acidic apples and hung meat. Medium minus length.

Nose with rose petals and dark fruit. Significant cherries on the palate. The alcohol is evident in the background. Almost two years since the last bottle. No special development to track.
