Golden straw yellow and the age is visible in the glass. Few bubbles in the glass. Nose of honey, wax, butter, and yellow apple peel. With some time sea and ebb. On the palate fresh acidity, and much of the same fruit as on the nose. Exotic spices. Long with lemon candy in the finale.

Light, few bubbles. Nose with cream and hints of anise. Round. Much acid in on the palate. Fresh. Green apples. A bit flat flat and one-dimensional. Will benefit from further storage. The vintage is amazing.

This is a very good champagne for the price. Acidic structure. Never drunk a champagne with such a distinctive apple flavor. Fresh sour, both red and green, apples formally pops out of the glass. Lack of length and complexity draw some points.

Light transparent peach color. Viscous. Flat and anonymous. A simple and uncomplicated wine. With some time and added air some fruit and spices can be found. Porch pleaser!

Wet, lightly worn wool sock. Blowes off. Afterwards, spices take over the aromatic scene. A little hard to get hold of something on the palate. Hints of spices and overripe fruit. Floral.

Relatively dark golden yellow. The nose has tropical blend, apricot and pineapple. Medium viscous. High acid in the mouth is balanced against florality and fruit. Some citrus on the palate as well.

Can be described in one word; reasonably fantastic :-) Light golden. Sweet nose. Slim, balanced and very elegant with typical fruits and tones.

Light salmon pink. Sweet fruit on the nose. Fresh fruit and reasonably lively acid on the palate. Not very distinctive, a bit flat.

Dark fruit, spices and hints of mosquito repellent spray. Fresh fruit on the palate. Apples, spices and light touches of sour fruit/berries and redcurrant.

Red with a brownish edge. Sweet fruit, marzipan and a bloody, slightly fried beef on the smell. On the palate there are delicious fruit and rounded elegance. Slightly slim structure draw some points.

Dark black red. Nose with blue berries, black pepper and other dark powerful fruits . Balanced palate with crowberries, blueberries and bird blood. Typical and young. A lot of sediments in the bottle.

Butter and mosquito spray on the nose. Powerful red fruit on the palate. Round and harmonous. Some caramel and sweet spices.

Round and fruity nose. Eggnog and mild tones. The palate is round and harmonious. Elegant and smooth structure. Typical pinot fruit, rhubarb and spices. The wine appears to be exclusive.

Red cherry color. Fruity and fresh nose. Blue berries. Round and sweet. The palate is powerful and sweet. Blue fruit, and caramelic. Soap / chemistry sensation towards the end is not very pleasant.

Flaw

Amber. Sweet tropical fruit with lively acid dancing in the background. Also hints of mint and pineapple. The balance is good. Matches cloudberrycream in an excellent way.

Dark golden yellow. Petro, oil, rubber hose and a tad of alcohol on the nose. Balanced palate with tropical fruit, some stone fruit and lively acid.

Very sweet and typical Sauternes. Much and powerful taste. The last wine of the night equals limited tasting notes.
