Golden straw yellow and the age is visible in the glass. Few bubbles in the glass. Nose of honey, wax, butter, and yellow apple peel. With some time sea and ebb. On the palate fresh acidity, and much of the same fruit as on the nose. Exotic spices. Long with lemon candy in the finale.

Light, few bubbles. Nose with cream and hints of anise. Round. Much acid in on the palate. Fresh. Green apples. A bit flat flat and one-dimensional. Will benefit from further storage. The vintage is amazing.

This is a very good champagne for the price. Acidic structure. Never drunk a champagne with such a distinctive apple flavor. Fresh sour, both red and green, apples formally pops out of the glass. Lack of length and complexity draw some points.
