A gorgeous and entirely too young cab franc. Double decanted and served 90 minutes later. Red fruits alongside some Loire funk (not brett), and a touch of vanilla. Hold.

Salil's bottle. This one opened up after an hour plus in the decanter to yield some dark fruit along with pencil lead and dry tobacco. A very good wine but I would expect more from this wine than this bottle showed.

Salil opened this up for me. It was an amazing bottle of wine. White fruit, petrol, beeswax, and lemon peel came through on the nose. On the palate this was equally complex and perfectly balanced. A true pleasure to drink.

Another Riesling with Salil. This one was all about red apple with some slate and hints of flowers. A very elegant wine.
