Lovely Vintage Wine.

White
2014 Aubert Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard USA, California, Napa / Sonoma, Carneros

Easter Brunch at Flemings, lovely, floral nose of mums, lemon wax, sandalwood, and hints of apple and ruby grapefruit, same on the palate, big body, creamy texture, silky tasting, rich but not cloying or overdone, very tasty, and a long finish.

Red
1990 Château Pichon-Longueville Baron France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Pauillac
93 points
Easter Brunch at Flemings, opened the previous evening, nose of black berry, sweet Bing Cherry, and briar with a touch of cigar box, same on the palate, big body, rich and mouth filling fruit, slightly rustic on the mid palate, lots of life ahead to enjoy over the next ten years, probably at its peak and top score now, and a long finish. Red
1985 Diamond Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Volcanic Hill USA, California, Napa Valley, Diamond Mountain

Opened for Alex and finished the bottle two days later during Easter Brunch at Flemings, black cherry, black berry, rainy forest floor, and a hint of baker's chocolate, same on the palate, big body, mouth filling fruit, overshadowed the Chateau Pichon Baron both in power and complexity, almost elegant, delicious at thirty-three years of age and easily last another fifteen years if well cellared, and a long, long, flavorful finish.
