Classic NSG nose of earthy, tarry black cherry and plum. You can almost smell the chewiness. Palate has moderate concentration. Rustic with some fairly brawny structure and lighter fruit. Feels like this needs more time. Upside as the fruit fills out and structure mellows.

Wow, gorgeous, full nose of baked cherry pie and pie crust. Great power and energy in the palate. Loads of dry extract on the mid-palate. With all the power and punch, this is quite balanced and precise. Terrific.
