Introduction
Every participant had to send a shortlist of some very special magnums. The chef of the restaurant chose the wines. He was the only one who knew all the wines. The participants only knew their own wine, but not when it was poured.

Dark berries, a lot of dark berries, garrigue, very ripe fruits and a beautiful balance between the sweetness and acidity. The wine still has a great future of at least another decade I suppose.

Apricots and caramel in the bouquet. On the palate lots of apricots, concentrated and yet elegant because there is a firm amount of fresh acidity. Good length and a very beautiful wine.
