Introduction

What is the obvious diffrence between reds of Beaune and Nuits ? With a selection of mature bottles and producers, respectfull of their terroir we organise a blind tasting of four against four reds. By the way most of the tasters made the ascent of the mount Ventoux by bike earlier in the day : we are fit and psyched for wine.
