Somewhat sharp, but closed nose of varnish and hint of soft caramel. On the palate it is fairly sharp, quite concentrated and with a very long finish. One could expect some more stuffing and even more concentration though.

Flowery and with more VA than standard VORS, also got vegetable notes and lovely caster sugar nuances. Mild on the palate. Lovely.

A bit of eggs on the nose, also coffee. Elegantly juicy, even a bit sweet.

More vegetables on the nose. Huge concentration and long, sharp finish. Indeed very pleasant creamy feel to it despite the acidity.

Flowery, caramel on the nose, juiciness of raspberries on the palate. Lovely.

Not among the best of Palo Cortados. You can feel traces of fat fino yiests here. Almost like a very young Amontillado.

Wow, now we are talking! So soft and round, but keeping all the interesting stuff as well. Elegant beauty, long, harmonic finish. Some buckwheat and with time even strawberries on the nose. Very complex and enticing.

Old house, dust on the nose. Salty like sea water. The most pungent and intense of all PC in the tasting. But great nevertheless.

So happy to drink this again! Mild, soft, caressing and intervowen balance. Creamy sweetness, mushroomy-fino aromas, what a treat!
