Cassis, smoked bacon, bell peppers, classic bordeaux, but rather left bank notes...

Black berries, cassis graphite, licorice, sweet, rich, opulent and still harmonious. Great wine!

Peanuts, stables, eucalyptus, rather light with an intense acidity, perfectly ripe. Rather tuscany than bordeaux stylistically

Saffron, botrytis, puff pastry, apples, tarte tatin, classic sauternes

Rose, apricot, candied sugar, dried apricots, dense and intense, but still manages to keep the balance somehow

Black tea, pencil shavings, extremely rich and opulent, long, intense acidity which it really needs. Awesome
