2012 base wine. Lots of ripe fruit and acidity, but also toasty and honeyed notes, vibrant minerality softened by a welcome gentleness of age.

Cloudy straw yellow, nice and pure style, good varietal typicity, floral and a touch of muscat, very gentle bitters, good length. Very nice for what it is.

Gentle, flowing, silky, good concentration and ripeness, hints of earth and honey, soft but fresh, floral lift, the slightest hint of oxidation provides pleasant complexity, very good length. Beautiful harmony, stylish and full of character.

Delightful, mature Syrah aromas, slightly meaty, it has lost most of the weight of its fruit, but the aromatic expression remains, lovely cool minerality, fresh and harmonious, pure and elegant, good length. Quite amazing for age and appellation.

Coravin. Still very youthful, clearly outperforms its village level with its freshness, style and elegance; good depth, perfectly integrated subtle oak, intense and fresh, lemon curd and vanilla, orange, succulent, playful and beautifully balanced, lovely bitters, very good length. Good future. Glorious village.
