Open label.Pnp. Nice promising nose of shy exotic fruits, just premature. Mouth light , enough substancial, but very balance. Very good on tiny shrimps. Good Q/P. Needs decanting and a try on fresh goat cheese.

Very good for eight euros : flavours of honey, hay, carried by a light structure and relatively fine bubbles. Well balanced and high drinkability. Ready now. Very good Q/P. Perfect with langoustines, ideal to change wine range.

Blind tasting (second time for this wine). Nose honey , rhubarb, new oak for some tasters. Mouth powerfull of acidity , white spices and minerality as a Savagnin (witch is not, of course). Very long after taste not settled yet. Needs time, at least decantation. Wotn. 92-93. Superb. Will by six quickly.

Blind tasting for my guests. Arh, this wine has been spoiled with a wrong match :oysters... At the nose it showed nice babyboll , new plastic and kerosene. But the mouth seems flattened by shells. No other chances during the diner.

Blind tasting. Very light hue, like a pinot in cool year. Perhaps with orange borders. Nice flavours of smoke, brown tea, and ripe cherries. Mouth elegant fine, juicy and quite long after taste. Very elegant. Mistook for a high quality burgundy. Superb. 100% Nerello Mascalese, a blend across different altitudes and soil types of Etna. Malolactic fermentation 18 months in large oak barrels. Coup de coeur".

Blind tasting for my guests. Nice nose of yeast, lemon confit, white belgian beer. Mouth franc mineral on cereal, fireworks. Well built. A reducted style. Very much appreciated.

Blind tasting for my guests. Quite closed for now. Honey perhaps on pure structure of mineral lemon and pebble stones. By the way there's a bid bitterness folowing the laser acidity. Like a pro photograph in black and white. Needs definitely time. 89-92.

Blind tasting for my guests. Nose closed unspecific. Mouth with a nice personnality, fresh, with light residual sugar, light white flowers, good balance. The residual sugar disturb me, it is not what I'm looking for a Sancerre.

Blind tasting for my guest. Pale hue. Firts nose of cat piss (personnal clue, not pejorative) joung boxwood and bud of the blackcurrant tree (indeed, typical of some sauv'). Mouth vivid , vegetal, white flowers, and bramblebush crushed, fresh cutted grass, finishing on a nice bitterness of pomelo peal. Excellent.

Blind tasting for my guests. Classic nose of babydoll, kerosene, green apples, mango and fruity, orange juice, ending on light notes of anti moths balls (the ones for clothes). Well balanced, well appreciated. 89. To expensive for me.

Blind tasting for my guests. Decanted one hour. Nice dark hue, with animal flavours, smoky, and a lots of exotic spices. Mouth is fresh with a pure black currant juice and its light vegetal notes. Young tannins, long palate. Made for ageing. Needs time 91-92.

Blind tasting for my guests. Decanted one hour. The nose is seducing, masculin, with its animal flavours accompagnied with smoke and super ripe big cherry juice (bigarreau type we have un provence in June).
Obvious difference beetween the expression of the nose and the mouth: palate is strict, the fruits are closed, but with a strong structure: acidity, nice tannins, and good bitterness. Some tasters found that it's a bit edgy. Not my opinion, i'm sure it is a transitional period. Will see in five years...
