Medium ruby-purple. Austere aromas of cherry, herbaceous, pencil shavings, leather and licorice. Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, medium(+) ripe tannin, medium alcohol and medium-medium(+) body. Palate comparable to aromas, with black cherry thrown in. Flavor profile flattens and drops off quite quickly resulting in a dry linear finish.
