White
2015 Jean Luc et Paul Aegerter Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir
92 points
Good depth of lemon tint. Very ripe lemon tarts on the nose and palate, and a punch of vanillin. Develops some apricot and hay with a bit of breath, and also bits of barley at the end. Good long fruity finish
White
2016 Domaine Francois et Antoine Jobard Meursault Les Tillets
91 points
Youthful, acidic, but does have the chalky smoky earth funk. Especially on the palate other than mulberry and pepper, I also got to taste the briny and irony feel of blood cockles. Smokes dissipate upon breathing. Good length, fruity pineapple finish
White
2004 Domaine François Mikulski Meursault
92 points
Very upfront blast of banana cake, and also has some creamy macadamia. Acid shows upon breathing and towards the back, with some ripe apples and straw. Quite a nice one
White
2015 Domaine Henri Boillot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clos de la Mouchère
95 points
A great rounded sense. Fruits of green apples all the way to ripe pineapples, mint, clay ground and Marl, fresh cut grass, even a bit of vanilla and honey. A pinch of nutmeg seemingly completing it. A beauty!

White
2015 Paul Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet Les Mazures
90 points
Very pale, somewhat greenish. Could get the greenish fernish character, and gun flint on nose and palate, and a clear peppery feel with green apples. The gun flint gives way to fresh minerals and wet stones. However the finish was comparatively shorter
White
2016 Domaine Jean-Marc Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Caillerets
93 points
On the looks, it seems fuller and has pretty thick tears. Some rich peachy fruit tart, and a telling weight. There’s some bit of sugary tarts as it progresses towards the back, and it actually seems to be pretty assertive as I get a long lingering lemon tart flavor on the front palate. Gets some bready characters at the finish, and also a telling warmth from the alcohol
White
2002 Domaine Ramonet Bourgogne-Aligoté
92 points
Orange nearly tawny, clearly from age. Nose of straw, dried apricot, hawthorne, and even some nail colouring. On the palate, the leading flavor is barley and almond, with some lemon, sour berries and hawthorne, even a bit caramelised. The barley and almond stays to the fairly long finish. Quite remarkable how an Aligote could hold out for so many years and still be quite palatable, but then again, it’s Ramonet... Well made
