White - Sparkling
2009 Pol Roger Champagne Blanc de Blancs France, Champagne
Elegant and fresh despite the roundness of the vintage. Excellent.
White - Sparkling
2009 Pol Roger Champagne Vintage Brut France, Champagne
Fuller but more neutral and not as interesting as the BdB.
Rosé - Sparkling
2009 Pol Roger Champagne Brut Rosé France, Champagne
Light pink. Dried cherry, powerful finish, excellent length.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Franck Bonville Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée Les Belles Voyes France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
Nice clean Blanc de Blancs.
White - Sparkling
2012 Franck Bonville Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Pur Avize France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
Rather herbal and light.

White - Sparkling
2012 Franck Bonville Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Pur Mesnil France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
The most crunchy and mineral of the three 2012 wines from individual appellations.
White - Sparkling
2012 Franck Bonville Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Pur Oger France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
Slightly less intense and mineral than the Mesnil, but still good.
White - Sparkling
2008 Billecart-Salmon Champagne Brut Millésimé France, Champagne
Lean, precise, great acidity. A real 2008.
White - Sparkling
2006 Billecart-Salmon Champagne Cuvée Nicolas François Billecart France, Champagne
Rounder and richer than the 2008 vintage wine. Some mature Champagne notes. Excellent now.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Laurent-Perrier Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature France, Champagne
Crisp, dry, and lemony. Very good.
White - Sparkling
2007 Laurent-Perrier Champagne Brut Millésimé France, Champagne
More weighty and toasty than the NV BdB, lower acidity. Not too exciting.

White - Sparkling
N.V. Laurent-Perrier Champagne Grand Siècle Iteration 24 Grande Cuvée France, Champagne
Bigger, round style, slightly toasty. Excellent depth. Clearly better than the 2007 vintage Brut.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Ariston Aspasie Champagne Cepages d'Antan France, Champagne
Light weight, medium dosage. Bright citrus, excellent acidity. I quite liked this.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Bollinger Champagne Brut Rosé France, Champagne
Light pink. Dry strawberry fruit. Good.
Rosé - Sparkling
2007 Bollinger Champagne La Grande Année Rosé France, Champagne
Brighter, deeper red fruit than the NV Brut Rosé. Brisk, dry finish that is more mineral. Excellent (as it should be at the price point!).

2008 Dom Pérignon Champagne France, Champagne
Well, what can I say? It's Dom Perignon, and despite being an easy target, it stole the show. Fantastically taut, fresh, bright, and bursting with energy because of the huge but ripe acidity. At the beginning of the road, but wow, should have decades of evolution in front of it. Reminiscent of the young 1996.

White - Sparkling
N.V. Krug Champagne Brut Grande Cuvée Edition 167eme France, Champagne
Complex, full bodied, unique vanilla note, not oxidative at all. This was also as outstanding as its reputation.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Alexandre Le Brun Champagne Grand Cru Cuvée Fascination France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
Light, lemony, some unclean elements. No.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Alexandre Le Brun Champagne Cuvée Revelation France, Champagne
Sorry, but I didn't note which vintage this new release was based upon. Perceptible sweetness, but lemony and balanced with excellent creamy texture. I liked this quite a bit.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Drappier Champagne Grande Sendrée France, Champagne
Big, full, caramel, toasty style. Moderate dosage, seems fully mature. Again, I don't know the disgorgement date or the vintage upon which it is based.
