Fuder 10. Intense but completely weightless, ripe citrus and sweet butter, smoky slate, delicately sweet, perfectly fresh, elegant and harmonious, nothing out of place, flowers and slate, incredibly youthful, steely Saar acidity, gentle bitters, very good length. Absolutely marvellous, and a great wine to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of my in-laws. I think I scored this too conservatively in the past.

There is raw and bitter note here, probably not correct. Not rated.

Youthful, wonderfully fresh, citrus and salinity and mint, red cherries, bright but ripe tannins, elegant and clean style, energetic and with good persistence. Beautifully made, drink now - 2030.

A blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 3% Cabernet Franc, aged in 100% new French oak for 24 months. Open and expressive nose with a minty character and lots of ripe black fruit; on the palate full-bodied (14.5% ABV) and concentrated, with a powerful tannic structure. Seems to have the energy, fruit and balance for at least another decade of positive development.
