White - Sparkling
2005 Taittinger Champagne Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut
93 points
A terrific vintage right now for CdC. Classic in every sense with smoky, toasty ripe orchard fruit. Good richness and plushness of fruit. Long, energetic finish.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Perseval Farge Champagne Premier Cru C. de Pinots
90 points
Disgorged Jul 2016. Blend of 2011/2010/2009. 6.5 g/l of dosage. Punches above its weight with good richness, density and structure. Not the most complex but a substantial, satisfying wine.
White
2014 Caves Duplessis Chablis 1er Cru Mont de Milieu
92 points
Drinking so incredibly well with rich orchard fruit, melons and sea breeze for days. Bright, racy acidity provides lift to the round fruit.
Red
2007 Domaine Dujac Morey St. Denis 1er Cru
93 points
Rocking and rolling. Terrific full nose of stem, spice and red cherries. The palate is pure and juicy with medium concentration. Everything in balance and at peak now.
Red
2001 Bruno Giacosa Barolo Falletto di Serralunga d'Alba
94 points
~7 hour decant. This is a magical Barolo and so typical for Giacosa with harmonious balance over an elegant, ethereal frame. Cherry and strawberry fruit profile with florals, licorice and emerging road tar. Still super young but no harm to drink this now with extended air.

Red
1994 Forman Cabernet Sauvignon
93 points
Classic Forman in a classic vintage. Still rich and chewy in texture. Plum fruit with loads of wet cedar, tobacco, bell pepper and signature Forman tar. On the front end of a long drinking window.
