Introduction

Every participant had to bring a wine of the theme. We did not know which wines were brought by the others. All wines were tasted blind, also without knowing when the wine you brought yourself was poured.

Flight 1 (1 note)

Red - Sparkling
N.V. De Bortoli Shiraz Woodfired Sparkling Australia, Victoria, Central Victoria, Heathcote
What to say? Fruity bouquet. On the palate juicy red berries and cherries. There is acidity, but overall the wine lacks freshness. Not my style and no score.
