The wine shows dense yellow color.
The wine shows ripe stone fruit, citrus, tropical fruit, white and red fruit in the same time.
The wine shows richness in the palate, a few tannins (!!), delicate carbonation, rich body, a few earthy notes, complex, vast array of flavours long finish.
Outsanding quality and very interesting because it just seems different.

Disgorgement autumn 2018, dosage 5gr/lt
The wine shows ripeness in the nose, rather full and more concentrated.
The wine shows lowet carbonation, it feels again more concentrated (maybe due to lesser than expected co2), rounder, broader and richer, on the other hand, the carbonation is less but lasts longer, medium to long finish.
Rosé - Sparkling
N.V. Marguet Champagne Grand Cru Shaman 15 Rosé France, Champagne, Champagne Grand Cru
89 points
Disgorgement 08/2018, dosage 0gr/lt
The wine is fresh, red fruit notes, minty, tropical fruit, peach, very welcoming.
The wine is quite easy drinking, round with sweet notes of ripe red cherry, tropical fruit, medium body, medium to high acidity, medium finish.
White - Sparkling
N.V. Marc Hébrart Champagne Premier Cru Cuvée de Réserve Brut France, Champagne, Champagne Premier Cru
88 points
The wine shows "typical" expression compared to the others, yeasty, citrus, peppers, a few red fruit notes, gets better with time in the glass, fresh and minty.
The wine shows lightness in the palate, citrus, minty, a bit spicy, light to medium body, medium to high acidity, short to medium finish.
Very good quality, just a couple of steps behind compared to the rest of the line up. 88+
