The wine is made of 75% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre,5% Syrah.
The wine shows nice density in the nose, ripe red fruits, cherries, earthy and slightly spicy.
In the palate, the wine is smooth, shows freshness, cherry and raspberries, light tannins. Its easy drinking, with medium acidity and finish.
Beautiful everyday drinking. A wine to have by the glass in a bar with charcuterie or light dishes

The wine is pure Grenache.
Its quite reductive in the nose (so decant or use big glasses), very funky, needs time to clear up but then you get floral notes with raspeberries.
In the palate, the wine is again light, very fresh, raspberries, cherries, medium tannin. Its riper than expected with medium to high acidity, freels harsher, needs time to settle down. The 14% alcohol is a bit more upfront, steely finish.

The wine is pure elegance, fresh but also decadent, earthy and fruity showing red cherries and currants.
The wine is smooth in the palate, fresh pure red cherry, ripe profile but also elegant and delicate, with nice acidity, medium body and finish.

Traditional method sparkling wine from Gringet which (I was told) is a clone of Savagnin.
The wine shows nice golden color.
In the nose, the wine shows fresh riep citrus fruit, mineral, crispy fruit.
Smooth in the palate, nice body, ripe citrus, pear and green apple. A lot of carbonation offers creamy palate and medium finish.
Halfway between a nice prosecco and sparkling from Alsace.

The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris.
The color is slightly deeper.
The wine shows riper fruit, citrus, pear, lemon, grapefruit, lemon leaves and hues of red fruit.
In the palate, the wine shows more tensity than expected, high acidity and crispy citrus fruit, medium body, earthy/natural notes and medium to long finish.

The wine shows high intensity, pure oaky Bourgogne, nutty, almost milky (?!) notes,ripe stone fruit and yellow apple.
Nice in the palate, very subtle, beautiful oak treatment, ripe stone fruit, yeasty, brioche, nice acidity, full body and long finish.

The wine was flash decanted before tasting.
The wine shows hazy color.
In the nose its quite powerful, showing citrus, minerality, "low intervention" profile, earthy, grapefruit and lemon peel.
In the palate, the wine shows strength, high acidity, fresh citrus fruit, again grapefruit and lemon peel, medium body and long finish.
The wine still feels very young and definately needs food

In the palate, the wine is brutally fresh, still young, raspberry, medium tannins, high acidity and long finish.
The nose is more balance and feels more ready than the palate. Give it time

The wine is amazing in the nose, smooth, with black fruit, thin oak frame, flolar and enchanting with sweet spices.
In the palate, the wine is very young (but not as much as the Ponsot tried before), mineral with fresh raspberry, sour cherry, red cherry. It shows lighter floral notes, mineral and spicy, medium body and long finish.
