Introduction
Great tasting, with many food friendly wines. Started with tomotoes, mozzarella cheese, basil and olive oil. Next, ginger infused risotto with grilled scallops and oregano. Fresh pasta with Bolognese, then Tuscan ribeye, medium rare, finished with bread pudding enhanced with Amaretto.

Very forward wine, with hint of vanilla aromas and deep fruit. Not surprised it is 100% Merlot -- very well made and should get better. Very popular at our tasting.

Amazing wine. Purchased immediately from a prime retailer before official release. Clear, crisp, with just enough sweetness to accent versus detract.....Clean finish. Great.
