Pale Yellow in colour with an earthy, mineral aroma alongside chalk. Fine bracing acidity, wet stones (petrichor) this is a finely boned wine with a long finish. Isn't that complex nor that deep but delicious right now to drink

Light + yellow with a distance floral aroma. Also butter, caramel and a sense of warmth. Rich in the mouth and fuller and broader than expected with that Chablis underlying richness. Elements of mineral and creamy oatmeal offset by a sinewy rich acidity. A riper style withy depth and length. VG

Light+ yellow with baked fruit, mineral and wet pebbles. Lovely poise in the front end with petrichor (rain on stone), crushed rocks, thundercloud, etc bracing acidity with a lovely fine boned linearity to the wine. There is a richness but all is punctuated by shards of mineral that taste better than it sounds!

Light Yellow. Nose shows mineral wet chalk, river stones and honey. Quite lifted on the front palate with plenty of apple fruit and crushed stones. Finesse, complexity with a subtle power this is a tightly wrapped round a steel mast. Very good

Medium yellow with lifted notes of aniseed, wet chalk and ripe apple fruits, plus some creme fraiche and oyster shell. The palate is all fresh apple and quite opulent, wet tightly packed with a lovely bite to it.

Light yellow with a mineral lift, focussed. Plenty of apple with some richness yet tightly woven wine, good mid palate depth and long finish. Has a purity and clarity that gives energy - bracing acidity.

Light yellow. Much riper nose showing more evolution in the glass. Honey joins mineral, river stones. A fine acid on the palate, more linear than expected yet with fullness and lacks a little bit of depth. Not as compelling as some of the others in the line-up

Light yellow in colour. A fresh, vibrant lifted nose with lemon peel, earth, oyster shell, clementine, white button mushroom and aniseed. Amazing intensity of flavour with wonderful depth. Full and rich in the mouth yet with a blade of acidity giving vibrancy and purity, like a summer meadow. A citric floral element tails off into the long finish. Fabulous precision!

Light yellow. Lifted, intense and focussed note with red apple, touch of honey, and more. The palate holds an amazing depth of flavour that caresses the back of the palate.
