Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose with clear fruit (pear, melon) and some floral notes. Really beautiful.
On the palate Mosel dry, medium+ acidity, 12,5% abv, medium body. Lots of clear fruit, some nice saltiness, some floral notes. Very charming and joyful to drink! Dense, interesting power, elegant and a medium+ fruity finish. What a beautiful surprise. Very good PQR! 86-87

Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium- intense, youthful nose. Elegant, airy, a bit muted. On the palate dry, acidity is still a bit unbalanced. 12,5% abv. Fruit is still a bit artificial/candied, on day three more clean and precise. Good structure and texture, but still a bit nervous and unbalanced, Medium finish. Give it 2-3+ years to develop. At the moment 85+

Interesting to read my note from last year. All is still very true, but this time the oak was very dominant. It overlaps almost everything else. It sure has a great structure and is a serious wine that will need 3-5+ years to fully shine. But I am not sure, if I like it at this stage… 86-87+

Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose with some artificial fruit and some floral notes. On the palate Mosel dry, medium+, unbalanced acidity, 11,5% abv. Solid, entry level Riesling, some citrus, some mineral core, still a bit nervous and unbalanced. Needs time and air. Medium finish. 84-85+

Beautiful grip, phenolic, solid mineral core. Some cassis and gooseberry, very good length. Will benefit from 2-3+ years of storage.88-89

Clear, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose with lots of sweet fruit, fine vanilla and some cotton candy. Nice depth, gets more complex with air.
Dry, high acidiy, 12% abv. Beautiful fruit, some elder, nice mineral core. Juicy, good tension, medium+ fruity and salty length. Now we are entering the Grünhaus level 😊 Give it 2-3+ years to fully shine. 87-88+

Single Fudre. Clean, pale golden color. Clean, medium intense, youthful-developing nose with some unusual reductive and sulphurous notes combined with some green notes. Very mineral.
On the palate dry, high acidity, 11% abv, grippy tannin. Lots of nettles, gooseberries and some green, harsh notes. Juicy, interesting structure and grip, nice complexity, medium finish with lots of gooseberry. Funky and unusual for Grünhaus. 86-87+

On the palate clear, sweet fruit, some cotton candy, uncomplicated, juicy, approachable and easy to drink. Medium, fruity length. Drink now or within the next 2-3+ years. 85

Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium intense, youthful nose. Some sweet fruit, slight elder and cassis notes, easily identifiable as Ruwer/Grünhaus.
Off-dry, high acidity. Fine yellow fruit, some floral notes and blossoms, elder, cassis, solid mineral core. Good balance and texture, nice tension. Juicy, medium finish with some elder and cassis. Give it 2-3+ years. 87-88+

Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium intense, a bit wild and rough nose, some notes of spontaneous fermentation, classic Herrenberg nose.
Medium-sweet, high, ripe acidity, only 7,5% abv. Still some sulphur, but also classic elder, cassis, slate. A bit wild and rough, but also with a wonderful depth and balance. Long, lingering finish. Needs 3-5+ years and has a bright, shiny future. 88++

Clear, pale lemon color. Clean, medium intense, some notes of spontaneous fermentation, way more balanced and elegant than the Herrenberg.
Medium-sweet, high, ripe acidity, only 7,5% abv. Still a bit unbalanced and nervous. Citrus notes, spicy, salty, gooseberry. Very precise. Good tension and grip, very juicy. Long, salty and fruity finish. Too young. Give it 3-5+ years. 89++
