£11/glass at 67PM. Consistent with previous, a really well-put-together and finely-balanced champagne with some richness and depth balanced by freshness. Enjoyed as always.

2015 Tenuta dell'Ornellaia Le Serre Nuove
£14/glass at 67PM. Dark, glossy, licorice and burned earth wrapped around red and black fruits. Very Tuscan. A bit darker than I tend to lean towards, but very good.

2005 Chateau Musar
£19.50/glass at 67PM. Black fruit incl cassis, spice/cedar, deep, rich yet fresh. Wine of the night, would seek out again with pleasure.
