In perfect shape. Impeccable cork, nothing tertiary for this 15 years old bottle. Dark fruits with cherry liquor, blueberry compote, dried thyme, licorice wood and incense. 2004 is signing here with a decent concentration lifted ethereal freshness. No heat at all, at it's best and will last 10 years easy.

This saignée was amazing. Powerful and concentrated with high acid with superb griotte, rose petal and sweet spices. Texture was dense but back washed by mineral driven acidity. Highly recommended.

Too young but such a great potential. Fresh yuzu juice and zest, English sweets, fresh bread and crushed rocks on the nose, this is a bit shy on the palate, but acid core is present with mineral and saline notes. Great length but this is not fully together.

Real stunner, in a great spot, racy Cote-Rotie with lucious dark fruits and great notes of evolution. Leather, light roast coffee, cigar box, cured beef and violet. This is full on the palate but fresh with decent acidity. Really vibrant and paired really well with pepper bison filet.

Better than previous, no need to keep this, super light with sour cherries, orange peel, some brown spices, missing those classic mineral notes from Etna.

Had a few 2012 in the last months and found that they were muted and closed. This one was on a perfect drinking spot, still those intense citrus oil and zest, some lavender honey, crushed sea shell and wet wool. Detailed mineral texture on the palate with still fresh acidity and long finish.

Wow, still young but so delicious. Thanks to 2009 for giving immediate pleasure while having enough structure and tension to gracefully mature for the next 10 years. Raspberry and black strawberries are in harmony with five spices, pine and forest floor. There is a serious mineral backbone which confer just a tad austere finish. Better with food.

Great bottle again, what a nice compromise for white white wine lovers. High acid on the palate, super detailed and complex notes of blood orange, root beer, all spices and wild strawberry. Gained a few nuances of secondary notes. Drink within 1-2 years.

What a great QPR, well balanced with enough tension to give pleasure either by itself or to paired at the table, nice hazelnut, lemon zest, chalkiness on the palate. Tiny bubbles, reaching the end of the bottle at high speed.

Super bright stuff. Feels more orange than rosé to me with some structure probably coming from skin contact. Melon, orange zest and nice pine notes are echoing those California just slightly cooked red fruits that gives a clear clue to identify wine origin. Nice stuff.

This is brain challenging in both pros and cons. This is yellow-orangish on color with high turbidity. Nice notes of high-end marmelade, peach fizz and dried mint notes, but with a tad of yeasty/beer fermentation notes. Really dry and fresh on the palate, decent acid, nice attack, and coating texture but some effervescence at first and got some reductive notes on the finish. This is left field, interesting good wine, but I am questioning a little the price point for this.

Such in a great spot, paired with red deer filet, complex aromas of game, bacon fat, blueberry, iodine and black pepper and violet. This is extremely smooth on the palate with polished tannins structure, coats the palate entirely, nice iron touch on the finish that sails forever. Great bottle.

Not a great showing, at least some improvement with air but felt a bit flat, not as exciting as before, precise notes of lime, butter and pineapple on the nose which were nice bit the palate was tired, lacking acid to balance the weight. Still too much wood for my taste. Medium finish.

Not as excited as first time, almost muted at first on the nose, gained a little with air and by warming a bit, classic fresh bread, orange and lemon zest on the nose, great attack with fine bubbles, high acid, lacks a lot on the mid palate, feel a bit disjojnted, but at least sails on great lenght. Overall very good but missing harmony and complexity.

Initial texture of this wine is delicate, almost shy, but what a turn it takes in the midpalate to release all it's energy, lifted stone fruit notes, crème fraîche and white flowers. Nice tension, not to heavy and really long finish.

Just lacking a bit of complexity for the price point, but still very elegant, fresh and pretty aromas and flavors. Should be open a few hours prior of serving to add dimension since last glass was the best.

This was on the right spot, tremendous aromatics of white and yellow fruits, chamomile, white flowers and hint of salted caramel. Fully coating the palate with high toned fruits on the attack, with transition through complex and detailed mineral and tension with super long finish. Paired really well with half cooked salmon, fennel puree and lemon cream. Excellent bottle.

Great wine of texture and tension. Chamomile, jasmin, yellow fruit and honeycomb notes dancing on initial waxy texture. But this is balance by a wave of delicate acidity that give freshness and more detailed mineral notes. Way better with food than by itself. Good qpr.

Paired well with Swiss cheese fondue. Nice play on texture with a waxy mouthfeel preceding a refreshing wave of acidity that let the mineral lingering finish to shine at its best. The fruit could be just a tad brighter but all in all, nice Riesling.

Popped on Christmas eve with aged herbs fed beef filet. In the perfect drinking spot, absolutely fantastic dark fruits aromas of cassis, blueberry and black cherry dancing through cigar box, sandalwood and new leather secondary notes. Tannins are silky smooth, cylindric mouthfeel and persisting ending. Great great bottle in perfect shape.

Wow, this is such a great bottle of chablis. Captivating electric nose, super bright notes of lemon, lime, sweet grapefruit, no funk with such a nice intriguing note of sweet chantilly perfumed with exotic Tahiti vanilla. A lot going on the palate with great acid core, mid palate is terrific with super detailed mineral profile sailing on and on and on. Captivating wine pairing well with salmon tartare.

Just a bit on the reduction on the nose at opening, this good petit chablis is showing nice notes of lemon, lime and crushed rocks on the nose. Good mouthfeel with enough tension for a petit chablis, decent mineral profile. Lacking a little on length and 1-2 years will bring it all together.

Might be just a bit on the decline, but still interesting style. Really nice apricot, honeysuckle, orange zest and intriguing kerosene notes. This is unctuous and coat the palate, but this is lacking a lot of acidity and has some bitterness on the finish. Way better with food then by itself.

Just a bit tight at opening, this became really bright and floral with extra air treatment. To me, this is just hitting its peak window, with a more harmonious palate than last bottle. But there's still enough structure to go for a few years. Sadly my last bottle.

Slightly evolved garnet red, this 10 years old pinot is rich on the nose with dominant fruit and humid forest floor notes. This is really smooth on the palate with still bright dark cherry, brown spices, mint and mocha. The freshness buried under the fruit gives good balance and great spot for food pairing. Just a tad hot.

Seems to be at it's best. Great complexity, multiple dimensions on mouthfeel with fine bubbles, fully coating texture refreshed by a late kick from just enough acidity and superb salinity. Aromas of brioche, white chocolate, orange zest, apples and honey are fully in line with the palate. Great stuff, thanks vintage effect.

This has a very solid and lovely nose showing some character of 2015 vintage with good red fruit concentration, not too extracted, just enough richness. Really pleasant on the palate, good acid lift giving great delicacy. Will buy again.

Exactly what I expected from this cuvée, pure exotic fruits splashed with orange, lime and lemon, this had a terrific core of acid balancing the fully coating texture of the wine. This sails for minutes on the palate. Really good now but has everything to hold for years.

Not as exciting as some other vintages, this is open for business. Dominated by brioche, the nose is full and round with nuances of dried apricot and white chocolate. Texture is good on the palate, good mineral backbone but lacking on the finish and bubbles fading quickly.

Really dark profile with dried Corinth raisins, blueberries, currants, pastry, dark chocolate and just a hint of caramel showing just a tad of evolution. This is still a bit compact and still needs time to get in the right spot. I'm just a bit worried by the short clipping finish. Open in advance to give extra air.

This was ready to drink. Really complex nose with some lavender honey, wet wool, still bright citrus, salted caramel and wet rocks. This had a really full and round first mouthfeel with a lot of citrus zest, a tremendous cylindrical mid palate and superb tension that sails for minutes. One of the best fevre I had for quite a while.

Amazing Lambrusco, really on the bright side. Almost rosé-like in color but this get cranberry, raspberry and red licorice notes echoed by floral nuance on fine red wine tannin backbone. Great summer pool-side wine. A steal for the price.

Much better than previous bottle which was closed and tannic. So, I gave it 2 hours of air and it helped quite a lot. Less monolithic on the nose with nice floral nuances echoing fresh dark fruit profile. A little bit of funk but barely noticeable after air treatment. Great purity, good polished tannin structure, overall great balance and really enjoyable.

Very cloudy with shy red color with almost orange tint, this had some reticent vegetal notes that dissipated with just air in the glass to leave an interesting mix of rhubarb and cherry. This had just enough funk for me, better served slightly chilled, it drank by itself.
