The 30% Malbec underneath the Cabernet made for a delight. Consistency and quality is what you can expect from Vincent Arroyo. Thrilled I have 4 more bottles.

Agree with previous posts. Drinks like a left bank bordeaux. Nice cab franc flavors, and blueberry and very slight tobacco. Drinking perfectly now.

Nice. Sweet but not overly so with a nice mouthfeel. Not very complex but no negatives. Pleasant sipper slightly cooled on a warm evening.

Amber colored. Wine is now a little past its prime. Fruity on the nose. Slightly sweet with tastes of dried candied black fruits, plums, and a little menthol. No tannins left. Pleasant. Would love to have tried this 2 years ago.

Tasted at HEB. Grand Champion of Houston Rodeo Wine Festival. Nice balance of oak and fruit with chalky tannins. Nice now if you like them young, even in better in 2-3 years.

Low alcohol (13%) leads to a lot of fruit and very little tannins. Character is slightly off-dry. Wine is an easy drinker by itself and surprisingly good.

Oak is harsh and wine is lacking any structure. Tannins are moderate. Hope this improves but i doubt it.
