light even for a nouveau but they both went down quickly and the quaffing party tradition is alive for one more year

Opened with Ron and Jennifer. Absolutely fantastic wine Ron said"best Zin he had had. Soft and supple all tannin was gone perfect timing. Black Purple color jammy big complex fruit ranging from rasberries through the full spectrum of red and black fruits very long finish 45 seconds with 17.1% alchol and you never felt it.very well structured wine that held up even under less than ideal storage

Drank this bottle at Michael's rehersal dinner and imediately went back and bought the last 2 and scheduled a tasting at the winery also had an Evenstad reserve the same night and it easily topped it by everones standards at the table.Big black cherry up front but it then evolved to a very soft mouth coating feel, very supple tannins and an overall wonderful wine.

Drank this wine with Dee Ann and Dan.This bottle was probably at the end of its drinkable life .It was not as vibrant as when I first tasted it.Grapefruit was very subdued and the peach and apricot I remembered were gone

Had with Christmas dinner prime rib and garlic mashed potatoes with rosemary. It was time to drink this wine another year would have been over the top.Very good color almost ruby red, nose was bright with cherry and a hint of tobaco and cedar.Nice fruit very clean tannin was at a minimum plack cherry ,plum and a trace of berry and a hint of spice. Medium lenghth finish with an off taste for a second near the end. This wine was no better an hour latter but was a very nice overall experience enhanced by the meal and the lovely chef,Janet.

Light tannin at first, much better with meal. Cherry, clean, a little barnyard on the nose. Janet thought a little thin. Long finish, drank too early, will be looking to purchase a case.

Shared with friends. Light, clean, cherry, very little spice, somewhat thin but very nice non-food wine.

Past its prime but still wonderful. Full bodied......great fruit. Nose a bit off, but not taste. Got better the longer it was opened.

This one fell through the cracks..Found when we went on celartracker. Nose execptional, color a little oxidized...past straw, into amber. Well structured to be this drinkable past it's life. Sorry I missed it. Hopefully this will not happen again. Bitter after taste, like peach pit, on the finish.

What a disappointment. Kept it too long. Ended up as cooking wine.
