Perfect cork , decanted 4 hours , the wine doesn't show any sign of age , brilliant garnet color , nose of blackberry, cherries, earth, on the palate aristocratic elegance but anyway intense taste, balanced, smooth tannins, very long finish

Questo è un vino sorpendente soto molti punti di vista.
Assaggiato in una enoteca che ha la filosofia di avere vini al massimo fino a 20 euro, mi ha subito conquistato.
All'assaggio in enteca il vino era aperto da ben 4 giorni. Nessun segno di ossidazione, morbidissimo, e pieno di sapori e profumi; magari non molto complessi, ma decisi e caratteristici.
Acquistate 2 bottiglie. Questa e il relativo ciliegiolo che purtroppo cellartraker non ha in "pancia".
Mi aspettavo appena aperto durezze e spigolosità... e invece. Profumi e sapori. Buono, buonissimo, anche il giorno dopo. Anzi meglio il giorno dopo. Qualità / prezzo eccezionale (14,00 euro).
Corro a comprarne almeno altre 3.
