Just a beautiful wine. My last bottle - and what a way to end! Plush mouthfeel, classic Napa floor flavor profile but just a little restrained, with all the elements in harmony. This bottle is why I buy so much Napa Cabernet!

A nice bottle, but in a very new world (i.e. Napa) style. Nice flavors, but soft with little acidity or tannin structure.

Excellent bottle. 10+ years on, you really see how good 2007 was in Napa. The flavors are deep and dense, with layers of dark fruit and subtle spice. This is so clearly a To Kalon Cab (even though the label didn’t say it back then) and is just gorgeous. I bought a ton of ‘07 Napa wine and drank it way too early...

This may well be the best of the 2011 Napa Cabs (although technically this is Sonoma). Not as good as other Knightsbridge vintages, but better than the other ‘11s I’ve had.

Sweet, assertive tannins, classic Napa flavors and texture, but amped up to 11. Very good.

Still drinking very well. Classic Napa Valley floor nose and nice flavor, but maybe a little disjointed with some pushy red fruit tartness that outweighs the plush mouthfeel and some earthy notes that are starting to come out. I have a few bottles left and will try giving it a bit more time.

Hrazdiiv nailed this wine with his review. This was a Riesling with great flavor notes, but oddly “soft”, without the firm acidity I would have expected and which would have taken it to a higher level.

Fruit was initially bright, but had an oddly muted note. I thought it might be slightly corked. I give this a 90 rating with the caveat that this bottle may be slightly off. Or, it’s a second wine that is starting to show it at age 10. Most of my 07s didn’t make it this long so it’s difficult to compare! (This one was picked up at auction recently.)

Very nice notes of citrus and honeycomb with a hint of petrol/pool toy. Nice fruit and acidity on the palate with salinity on the lingering finish.

This is very good. Still very fruity and bright (I can’t believe it’s 12 years old!). Dark fruit, plum, maybe a hint of black olive, but this is very much a Napa wine. Realm makes very good juice. I’ve been buying from them a while, but rarely had enough to hold. Picked this up at auction and I’m very pleased at how elegantly it’s aging.

Amazingly good. Notes of yeast/fresh baked bread and a very clear DP flavor profile. Nice mouthfeel and still had a light effervescence. My WOTN at our recent tasting. Much better than I expected at 35 years old.

This was a very good bottle. Fruit was still bright, but not dominant and was followed by leather and abut of brine. Amazingly good and the favorite at our recent tasting event.

First bottle from the new vintage. This wine is assertive and full-bodied and always a favorite with our group. I would give it a little more time before opening more, but a pleasure now.

First bottle I've liked (of three opened so far). I was worried the entire case was cooked or otherwise spoiled, but this bottle was quite good. Delicate flavors and faded tannins, but we liked it at my group's recent hurricane benefit tasting.

I liked this a lot. Light, but not simple, with interesting, complex flavors. Acidity was present, but not dominant. (I'm trying to learn Riesling, and this is one of my favorites so far)

Dense and rich Cali Cab. Tannins were assertive enough to keep it from feeling flabby, but there is a lot of big fruit. I loved the flavor profile, although my wife thought it showed a bit too much vanilla. The Realm wines are just really good these days!

Toasty vanilla/oak is dominant, with the fruit coming in behind. Nice acidity helps it with food. This may knit together better with time, but I'm not sure there is much more potential.

Beautiful, elegant wine. Fine tannins and flavors of spice and maybe some chocolate. I didn't get much on the nose at all -- decent stemware might have helped. WOTN at our recent event, but even at that probably would have shown much better with a decant and better glasses.
