I don't believe the CT drinking window is right, as this keeps getting better every year. I'm not usually a fan of the mintiness that Napa Cabs often acquire, but the balance of mint, blackberry and earthy secondary characteristics is beautiful. Also some sage in the nose. Medium weight in the mouth. Excellent finish with plenty of lift with the mint echoed again. Even though 2002 is generally well regarded for Napa, I still think it's under-rated.
