Dissapointing. Decanted 4 hrs. Medium berry nose. Short finish. muted notes of earth, berry, with hints of tabacco. Not sure if this one closed down or just a very bad CDP. Paired with rosemary, garlic,calamta olive leg of lamb, roasted cherry tomatos, and frenched green beans.

Decanted 3 hours. served with an herb encrusted rib roast with red wine dipping sauce. Full floral and berry nose. First sip showed why this wine was rated so highly....berry flavors with licorice accents and the hint of mineral that screams Rhone wine.
