I buy Clio every year. I typically hold at least five bottles in a vertical. I'm a little disappointed with the 2016 vintage. Not the fruit I'm use to from previous vintages. Albeit the wine is solid with just a touch too much oak. I have to admit I did PNP. I going to save half the bottle to reevaluate the nectar tomorrow...stay tune.

This wine is very clean and fresh. Crush cherries with a lime backbone and a raspberry finish. Good now but can age a few more years.

This wine is way to young to drink now. It needs at least another 2years.

Yes, I like it and would buy it again. Great party wine. Can't go wrong for the price.

Just a beautiful medium price Chard. Loads of fruit, full malo process and an acid that's well balanced. The Alc. is 14.5% but you can't tell. Chilled the wine is at it's best. Hot summer days or grilled shrimp the wine holds its own. It's a buy for me.

Soft new world GSM, drinking beautifully right now. Maybe good for another 2 years max but don't wait.

Soft for a zinfandel. Little to no pepper, still a good showing of the varietal. I would buy again.

I'm a little disappointed with this wine. The fruit is short and muted and the characteristics do not reflect a Malbec . The only thing this wine has going for it is that the tannins hold this wine together. I've tasted much better Malbec for less the price. I would not buy this one again.

Not bad. Ginger, pineapple with a milky finish. I know this all sounds strange but the wine is not bad for the QPR. Just an everyday poolside treat. I would buy again for an everyday chardy, not great, just ok.

Found this wine at Grocery Outlet thought I'd give it a try based on the 95 point rating. This is certainly not a 95 point wine. The fruit is muted and the mouth feel is strange. Pinots are difficult to make and I guess the winemaker had trouble with this one.

I thought this wine was a bit young. Nice fruit lite cherry and raspberry flavors. I couldn't get over how much tannins was on the finish (this is a good thing).

The wine is seamless, a fusion of beauty. Fresh baked apples with a hint of lemon and cream. The acid is true and the mouth feel is full. This wine will marry well with just about any dish. A value at $23.

I always look for valued price wines in this overly saturated market but this is a pretty simple Petite Sirah. Not much fruit, tannins are soft. There is some chalkiness that adds weight to the wine but not enough to make it interesting. For the price you can't expect much. Not a rebuy for me.

I totally enjoyed this wine. St Clement was sold to:(https://www.winespectator.com/articles/huneeus-vintners-buys-st-clement-vineyards-property) in 2016. Research the details. I believe the 2017 juice was bottled by someone other than SC but under contract to use the SC brand. The wine is fresh and clean and follows a traditional Pinot profile. At $4.99 what could go wrong?

Way too young. Oil can Ink in color. The black blue fruit is trapped under the big tannins. Needs two years or more to truly see the potential of this wine.

This is a very good Chardonnay. 5 yrs in the bottle has mellowed the acidity but the fruit is ever present. Chilled the wine comes alive and is crisp and fresh with little oak. At room temp the wine is smooth and rip with notes of honey, figs and cream.

Big bold wine. Best to decant at least an hour before serving. The fruit is shinning nicely. The wine should age well for at least another 4 more years.

Found this wine at my local grocery outlet for $7.99 took a chance, absolutely outstanding. This is Napa fruit with some nice tannins and sweet oak. If you see it buy it. They also make a Pinot Noir from Carneros.

I've tasted several wines from Xanthos lately, some good, some just OK. I believe this is truly Napa fruit consistent with the Rutherford region. With that said. Is this the best from Rutherford? Absolutely not. The wine is soft and fruit forward with some distinct Napa characteristics, the tannins are short and the oak is sweet. This is a very good picnic wine that most will enjoy.

This wine is massive! I'm on day two and the wine is still going strong. It needs at least another 2 years to soften the oak and mature the tannins. With that said, I fear the fruit will not last stand up to the 15.5% alc. The wine is already starting to show signs of alcohol dominance. Today, the wine profile is of sweet oak, vanilla bean, espresso and some chocolate notes. Having steak tonight and I believe the wine will pair very well with the meal.
