Excellent sagrantino blend. This full bodied wine is a mouthful. Well balanaced with non angular acid and soft tannins make it a great wine to cellar for 5-15 years

Well balanced, yet dominant tannins from mid palate to the lingering pleasant finish. Berry fruit through out. A very nice traditional Bordeaux blend made from Sonoma grapes by Biltmore winemakers. Made to go with a ribeye, poster house, elk or other wild game. I feel this is Biltmores best.

“The House”
~ A special white wine we named after our special white house . . . this is an elegant Seyval Blanc from North Carolina’s beautiful Yadkin Valley. Our version is stainless-steel-fermented, producing a deliciously crisp and clean off-dry Seyval. Enjoy a touch of sweetness
with highlights of peach and mango. Delightful finish.

I drank this 2004 vintage in 2010 and it was quite good with a steak. Much smooter and richer tones than I remember when it was younger
