I would have expected a little more from this wine, but it might be because the cork was not in the best shape. We did enjoyed it a lot, it’s a wine that has a lot of finesse and a nice citrus touch.

Sacrilège sûrement, mais quelle est la chance de pouvoir y regoûter un jour. Belle occasion justifiant ce choix, longueur inouïe à l’ouverture, je pense croquer dans un tarte aux fraises des bois, petit côté acidulé qui s’estompe après un peu de temps en verre. Nez envoûtant, comme quoi les grands vins de Bourgogne sont aussi très bons en jeunesse. Une mâche bien présente en bouche, ça pinote 😋. Un 10 ans de plus lui aurait été bénéfique c’est certain.

still too young, but it was an experience to drink this wine in its youth. Dark concentrated tannins and a touch aof blueberries. This is dense and has some cocoa and tobacco flavours. Would wait at least 10 more years before reaching it's through potential.

Pas vraiment grand chose à dire autre que ce fut une grande déception. Pas d’ampleur en bouche, nez muet et bulles décevantes. J’aime habituellement ce producteur, alors je ne sais pas si c’est cette cuvée ou la bouteille ouverte qui avait un défaut quelconque.

Malgré un bouchon qui semblait avoir souffert, le vin était bien. Belles notes fumées et de légères épices au nez, il est soyeux en bouche. Un peu plus évolué que j’aurais anticipé, un beau moment.

à l’ouverture c’est de la bombe encore très boisé et sur les fruits noirs intenses, mûres noires, tabac et bacon fumé. Une belle acidité et une trame tannique encore bien présente. La robe est sombre. Après 2 heures en carafe le vin s’adoucît un peu. De belles épices en bouche et un peu asséchant. C’est un vin gourmand et viandeux qui mériterait de se faire attendre encore 3-4 ans, mais c’était ma dernière bouteille. Très beau vin.

Je me croise les doigts. Le moment est venu pour moi d’ouvrir cette bouteille. Le bouchon montre son âge, mais le bilame avec le tire-bouchon combinés ont permis de l’extraire tout en douceur. La robe est encore luisante et a de belles teintes orangées. Le nez est délicat et penché sur des arômes de thé et d’épices asiatiques accompagnés de petits fruits rouges vers la fin. La bouche est fine et le vin est délicat. Le vin gagne en complexité avec un peu d’aération. Une belle sucrosité en bouche qui est surprenante.
Quand même en très bonne forme pour un vin de 45 ans. L’accord était très bien avec un tataki de thon

Ce vin a des arômes légèrement fumés, une belle robe luisante laissant présager un certain âge. Encore une petite trame tannique en bouche, il est soyeux et possède un boisé encore marquant. Des notes d’oranges sanguines et de cassis.

Great bottle, the wine might have suffered from the comparison with the other wines that were in the tasting. No signs of aging, it is still going to evolve for a few years.
